FASTBOAT & FERRY TICKETS

General Policy

  1. Insurance: Each Fast Boat Company is responsible for providing passenger insurance.
  2. Time Zone: All times stated are in local time (UTC+8).
  3. Baggage Allowance: Each passenger may bring up to 20 kg of baggage.
  4. Transfers & Transits: Fast Boats to/from Gili Air, Gili Trawangan, and Lombok may include transit stops at other harbors. Ticketboat.id is not responsible for any schedule changes due to transits.
  5. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Ticketboat.id accepts reschedule and cancellation requests according to the policies of each Fast Boat Company.
  6. Departure Time: Ticketboat.id is not responsible for any Fast Boat schedule changes or delays.
  7. Cancellations Beyond Control: Ticketboat.id is not liable for cancellations caused by conditions outside of our control, such as adverse weather or mechanical issues. In these cases, customers may request rescheduling or cancellations through customer service.
  8. Check-In: Passengers must check in at least 60 minutes before departure.
  9. Late Check-In or Boarding: Missing the check-in or boarding deadline may result in forfeiting the fare paid.
  10. Identification: All passengers must present a valid ID at check-in.
  11. Domestic Pricing: Passengers booking a domestic or ITAS price ticket must present an Indonesian ID or ITAS card at check-in. Failure to do so will invalidate the e-ticket.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Company-Initiated Cancellations: If a Fast Boat is canceled due to bad weather, large waves, natural disasters, mechanical issues, or missing facilities, passengers are eligible for a 100% refund or a free reschedule.
  2. Advance Cancellation:
    • 100% refund if canceled more than 7 days before departure.
    • 50% refund if canceled between 48 hours and 7 days before departure.
    • No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure.

Rescheduling Policy

  1. Same Boat Company Rescheduling: Passengers may reschedule with the same Fast Boat Company free of charge if requested at least 48 hours before departure and subject to seat availability.
  2. Different Boat Company Rescheduling: Passengers requesting rescheduling with a different Fast Boat Company will incur a cancellation penalty per the cancellation policy.
