FASTBOAT & FERRY TICKETS
General Policy
- Please check-in at least 60 minutes before departure time at the appropriate fast boat counter.
- Passengers are required to show proof of identity along with e-voucher.
- Passengers are required to show ITAS Card if you buy a ticket as an ITAS Holder.
- Please note there are additional retribution fees applicable for certain destinations:
- Nusa Penida: Adult IDR 25,000, Child IDR 15,000. Pay cash upon arrival on the island.
- Padang Bay Harbor: IDR 10,000 per person. Pay cash upon departure.
- Gili Islands: ARRIVAL - IDR 20,000 per person, DEPARTURE - IDR 20,000 per person. Pay cash upon arrival and departure.
- Bangsal Harbor: IDR 10,000 per person. Pay cash upon departure.
- Senggigi Harbor: IDR 4,000 per person. Pay cash upon departure.
- Baggage Allowance: Each passenger is allowed to carry a maximum of two pieces of luggage, free of charge, with a combined weight not exceeding 20 kg.
- All timing listed are WITA (Central Indonesian Time) / UTC+08:00.
- Departure and arrival times may change due to harbor queues or weather conditions.
- Missed flights due to delays of boat trips are not our responsibility.
- Failure to adhere to check-in or boarding times may result in missing your boat and forfeiting the fare paid.
- Insurance: Each Fast Boat Company is responsible for providing passenger insurance.
- Transfers & Transits: Fast Boats to/from Gili Air, Gili Meno, Gili Trawangan, and Lombok may include transit stops at other harbors. Ticketboat.id is not responsible for schedule changes due to transits.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: Ticketboat.id accepts reschedule and cancellation requests according to the policies of each Fast Boat Company.
- Departure Time: Ticketboat.id is not responsible for Fast Boat schedule changes or delays.
- Cancellations Beyond Control: Ticketboat.id is not liable for cancellations caused by conditions outside of our control, such as adverse weather or mechanical issues. Customers may request rescheduling or cancellations through customer service.
- Late Check-In or Boarding: Missing the check-in or boarding deadline may result in forfeiting the fare paid.
- Domestic Pricing: Passengers booking a domestic or ITAS price ticket must present an Indonesian ID or ITAS card at check-in. Failure to do so will invalidate the e-ticket.
Cancellation Policy
- Company-Initiated Cancellations: If a Fast Boat is canceled due to bad weather, large waves, natural disasters, mechanical issues, or missing facilities, passengers are eligible for a 100% refund or a free reschedule.
- Advance Cancellation:
- Cancellation more than one week (7 days) before the travel date – Full refund.
- Cancellation less than 7 days and before 48 hours - 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours - NO REFUND.
- No show or late arrival - NO REFUND.
Rescheduling Policy
- Same Boat Company Rescheduling: Passengers may reschedule with the same Fast Boat Company free of charge if requested at least 48 hours before departure and subject to seat availability.
- Different Boat Company Rescheduling: Passengers requesting rescheduling with a different Fast Boat Company will incur a cancellation penalty per the cancellation policy.
