Terms & Conditions

Cancellation by Port Authority

Cancellation by the discretion of the Indonesian Maritime authorities (Harbor Master) due to inclement weather or sea conditions then an alternative date will be offered, and/or a refund/voucher may apply.

Cancellation by Customers

Cancellations requested by customers for whatever reasons while the private boat/yacht can be sailing or there are no cruise/sail restrictions issued by the Harbour Master/Port Authorities, there will be no refund either for deposit or full payment.

Cancellation due to Failure Engine

If the boat experiences an engine failure, it will be replaced with another available private boat, or a full refund will be provided if no replacement is available.

Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is permitted with a maximum of 3 days' notice before the scheduled departure date.

Force Majure

Company shall not be held responsible or liable for failure to carry out its operations as a result of a force majeur, such as Battle, Strike, Riots, Eruption, Flood, Earthquake, Fire, Lightning, Hurricane, Tsunami, Government New Policies & Regulation, Acts of God or other items that may be referred to as a force majeur state and anything beyond Company jurisdiction.

Lost and Damage

Company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
