Reservations
To secure a reservation, please book in advance by contacting us via email at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +62 812-1199-2292. Reservations are confirmed based on availability.
Payment Policy
- Deposit & Balance Payment:
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your charter and must be paid at least 14 days before departure.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before departure.
- For bookings made within 7 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payment Options: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfers in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Note that credit card payments are subject to a processing fee of 2.9% + Rp 2,500.
- Credit Card by PayPal: In line with PayPal policy, payments through PayPal must be made in USD. PayPal’s exchange rates may differ from standard market rates, and these are beyond our control.
- Bank Transfers: Bank transfers can take up to 3 working days to process. Please consider this processing time when planning your payment to ensure timely receipt.
Overtime Charges
If the charter duration exceeds the agreed hours due to guest requests or delays caused by guests, additional charges will apply.
Weather & Sea Conditions
In cases where weather or sea conditions prevent sailing, as determined by Indonesian Maritime authorities, rescheduling or refunds will follow the policy of the respective private boat or yacht provider. Please consult the terms of your selected provider for specific details.

Please carefully review the terms and conditions provided by each private boat or yacht company, as timelines, refund eligibility, and cancellation fees may differ. Understanding these details in advance is essential, as policies are subject to the terms of each individual booking and vessel.
